Payments

All types of payment are based on the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Method of payment

1. Mark
In case of purchase on COD, clearly highlighted when choosing the payment method. It is possible to pay in cash only the orders whose amount is less than € 1,000, giving the courier the exact sum.

2. Advance Bank Transfer
In the case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the sending of the order will take place only when the actual credit is credited to the c / c of ADVANCED GROUP SRL, which must take place within 30 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is considered automatically canceled.
The purpose of the bank transfer must include the identification of the order that is issued in the order confirmation e-mail.
The bank details on which to make the transfers are shown in the order confirmation e-mail.

3. Credit Card
In case of purchase of goods with payment methods Credit Card, simultaneously with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will authorize the amount relating to the purchase made. The credit cards accepted are all those that rely on the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Diners circuits.
In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in case of non-acceptance of ADVANCED GROUP SRL, the same context will require the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the amount involved. The cancellation of the order is possible until the moment in which it is not yet in preparation. The status of the order can only be ascertained by calling the Customer service of ADVANCED GROUP SRL
The timing of release, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach their natural expiry date (24th day from the authorization date). Requested the cancellation of the transaction, under no circumstances ADVANCED GROUP SRL can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system.
ADVANCED GROUP SRL reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information (eg landline or mobile phone number) or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the required documentation, ADVANCED GROUP SRL reserves the right not to accept the order.
At no time during the purchase procedure ADVANCED GROUP SRL is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, as they are typed directly on the website of the bank that handles the transaction (with very high security systems); since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that these data are intercepted. No computer archive of ADVANCED GROUP SRL contains or retains such data. Under no circumstances ADVANCED GROUP SRL can therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment of products purchased on shop.sc-project.com.

3.1. American Express Credit Card
In case of an American Express credit card purchase, order processing may be delayed due to specific anti-fraud checks on this circuit. In addition, we remind you that the destination address of the goods must correspond to the one declared at the time the card is issued: otherwise, contact the American Express call center at 06-72280371 to authorize the shipment to a different address.

4. PayPal
In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the end of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page.
The order amount is charged by PayPal when the order is purchased.
In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in case of non-acceptance of ADVANCED GROUP SRL, the amount will be refunded to the customer via PayPal service.
In case of cancellation of the order, both by the customer and in case of non-acceptance of ADVANCED GROUP SRL, the same will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the refund of the amount paid.
Requested the cancellation of the transaction, under no circumstances ADVANCED GROUP SRL can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase process ADVANCED GROUP SRL is able to know the customer's financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that these data are intercepted. No computer archive of ADVANCED GROUP SRL contains or retains such data. For each transaction made via PayPal, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal.

5. Payment at the office
The customer, going to the office, can make payment by cash or POS. For more information, contact Customer Service.

6. Mobile Payment
The Customer can also take advantage of the Mobile Payment option.
Below are the general guidelines to provide the Customer with informational support.

A Mobile Payment service refers to a payment system for portable devices, a definition that includes all payments or money transfers via mobile phones.
The term "wallet" is associated with Mobile Payment, meaning a "wallet." The mobile wallet is a real virtual wallet on smartphones, allowing the Customer to purchase ADVANCED GROUP SRL products using the cards saved in their account on the relevant app or, in any case, via their mobile device. This payment method can be used to pay on supported websites or apps (internet-based), and, if the device is compatible, it also enables payments in physical stores via the POS contactless system (device-based). This way, the buyer can make payments using their card without physically using it, as all card details are already loaded into their personal profile.

The Customer can purchase ADVANCED GROUP SRL Products via, for example, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

  1. Google Pay can only be used by those who own a smartphone with an Android operating system: to activate the service, simply download the app from the store and upload your card details.
  2. Apple Pay is the Mobile Payment system dedicated to Apple device owners (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc.): to activate it, there is no need to download a dedicated app, as it is pre-installed on all new devices.

In both cases, the Customer completes the purchase upon confirmation and benefits from the same protections associated with the payment method and/or their reference bank.
