I received a product but it is not what I ordered...

I received a dented parcel (or several parcels)...

I have received a parcel (or several packages) damaged / destroyed / open / missing the product...

When I opened the package I noticed that some of the items that were to be included in the package were missing...

Could you change the product that I wrongly ordered?
