YZF R9 (2025 - 2026)

Developed and designed by our R&D department, this street-legal full exhaust system for the Yamaha R9 represents the perfect fusion of performance, craftsmanship, and innovation. Fully compliant with Euro5+ regulations, it delivers a significant increase in power. 100% Made in Italy with premium materials, it features SC-Project’s unmistakable sound, making it the best choice for riders seeking real racing technology on the road.

Manufactured of extremely resistant AISI 304 Stainless Steel, this full system offers a great improvement of the performance of the japanese supersport, thanks to an astonishing gain of 3,0 hp and 2,5 Nm at 9500 rpm together with a consistent enhancement in power and torque delivery across the low and mid-range.

This full system is completed by SC-Project top-of-the-line muffler: the SC1-R. It showcases our most advanced production processes like handcrafted TIG weldings performed in a controlled environment, an asymmetrical outlet obtained with hydroforming technology and finally a unique and sporty carbon fibre end cap.

To further refine the look of the bike, the carbon fibre muffler’s body is completed by an exclusive aluminium riveted plate with 3D-embossed SC-Project logo, identical to those used by our Racing Department.

The kit includes a specific premium carbon fibre heat shield to provide an ever more unique and aggressive appearance to the R9.
