Engineered through an extensive development process, this street legal full exhaust system for the Yamaha MT-09 offers the perfect balance between advanced technology and real-world performance. Designed to meet Euro5+ regulations without compromise, it showcases SC-Project’s commitment to excellence, combining premium materials with a distinctive sound, improved performance, and a bold, race-inspired design, for a superior riding experience.

Manufactured of extremely resistant AISI 304 Stainless Steel featuring handcrafted TIG welds performed in a controlled environment, this full system offers a great improvement of the agility of the japanese naked bike, thanks to a sensible weight reduction of 10% (if compared to the OEM exhaust system) and a performance gain of 1.1 hp and 0.9 Nm at 9500 rpm together with a consistent enhancement in power and torque delivery across the low and mid-range.

The CR-T silencer represents the best choice for the design of this full system: with its extremely compact carbon fibre body and the titanium honeycomb grid at the generously sized exhaust outlet, it combines technical refinement and racing pedigree.

To further refine the look of the bike, the muffler’s body is completed by an exclusive aluminium riveted plate with 3D-embossed SC-Project logo, identical to those used by our Racing Department.

This exhaust system is fully coated with SC-Project exclusive Matt Black ceramic paint. This treatment is engineered to withstand ultra-high temperature while providing an unmistakable obscure look, perfectly matching the “Dark Side of Japan” of the MT-09.

The kit includes a specific premium carbon fibre heat shield to provide an ever more unique and aggressive appearance to the MT-09.
