TIGER SPORT 800 (2025 - 2026)

Born on the proving ground of the most extreme rally competitions, the Rally Raid muffler has been designed and developed to convey SC-Project off-road racing experience into a sport-tourer like the Triumph Tiger Sport 800.

For this bike, it allows a maximum gain of 1,5 hp and 1,2 Nm of torque at 9000 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

The development of this exhaust has been completed with SC-Project typical signature: the sound. The voice of the three cylinder will be emphasised with deep and aggressive tones in full compliance with Euro 5+ regulation.

The Rally Raid silencer’s body is manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap (60 mm diameter) which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during extremely tough and long adventure trips in the most severe conditions. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment): top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

An exclusive aluminium riveted plate with 3D-embossed SC-Project logo completes the silencer body, identical to those used in our Racing Department components.

In the kit is included a specific carbon fibre heat shield to provide a premium and aggressive appearance to the bike.
