The SC1-R stands out as SC-Project's most technologically advanced muffler and represents the perfect choice for Suzuki’s latest superbike replica: the GSX-R 1000.

Available in two different options ( high quality carbon fibre or ultralight titanium) this silencer ensures a sensible weight reduction of over 50% compared to the OEM exhaust, contributing to improved vehicle dynamics. Performance gains are remarkable, with up to +4.1 hp and +2.9 Nm of torque at 9900 rpm, along with a consistent enhancement in power and torque delivery across the low and mid-range.

To guarantee you the best customization possible, we have equipped the muffler with a removable baffle. This solution will give you the choice between a loud (but acceptable) 102 dB at 6600 rpm with dB-killer installed and a louder sound of 108 dB at 6600 rpm without dB-killer.

This kit brings the MotoGP top-level racing technology of SC-Project to the GSX-R 1000, raising the character of the bike and the sound of its powerful engine, with the full titanium link pipe that removes the OEM valve system.

Everything about this silencer has been developed to offer the highest quality and performance experience: the best materials with advanced production process like handcrafted TIG weldings, the asymmetrical outlet obtained with hydroforming technology and finally the unique and sporty carbon fibre end cap.

The kit includes a premium carbon fibre heatshield. Extremely light, it’s  exclusively designed for this incredible bike, matching its aggressive and sharp lines and providing an astonishing look.

An exclusive aluminium riveted plate with 3D-embossed SC-Project logo completes the silencer body, identical to those used in our Racing Department components.

The installation is 100% plug-and-play. ECU remapping is not necessary. For this application, the SC1-R muffler is NOT suitable with OEM indicators.
