Developed through years of collaboration between SC-Project Racing Department and Aprilia Racing, the SC1-R muffler represents the ultimate expression of power, quality and high-tech solutions for the 1,100cc V4 hyper-sport engines made in Noale.

The silencer body is made of carbon fibre, while the dedicated link pipe is crafted from titanium. The unique outlet design, also in titanium, is obtained with hydroforming technology, and the distinctive carbon fibre end cap perfectly matches its shape, making the exhaust instantly recognizable. The use of premium materials and advanced solutions allows a significant weight reduction of 2.68 kg compared to the stock exhaust, confirming the SC1-R slip-on as the best choice for this bike.

Handcrafted T.I.G. welding carried out in a controlled environment, sound-absorbing material resistant to ultra-high temperature, and the exclusive aluminum plate with 3D logo are the same characteristics used over the years on all Aprilia V4 official race bikes in several World Championships. When combined with the de-cat (also developed by SC-Project in collaboration with Aprilia Racing), power increases by 8.2 hp and torque by 5.9 Nm both at 10,000 rpm. Installation is plug-and-play and for maximum flexibility, the dB-killer is removable.

The final result is not only extreme performance, but also incredible sound. The unmistakable V4 sound signature becomes even more exciting for all Aprilia enthusiasts and riders.
