X-CAPE 700 (2025 - 2026)

After the great success of the Rally-S silencer on the X-Cape 650, the strong collaboration between SC-Project and Moto Morini gave birth to another incredible product dedicated to the new X-Cape 700: the Rally Raid titanium muffler.

The design of this muffler is clearly inspired by dusty deserts. The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the compact dimension of this silencer, has been developed and tested to be the best solution for Moto Morini X-Cape 700.

The silencer’s outer sleeve is made of lightweight titanium and the outlet has a generous and aggressive rounded shape with a diameter of 60mm. Great attention has been dedicated to the “voice” of the exhaust, in order to provide a deeper and more vivid sound experience, in full compliance with Euro5+ regulations.

The performance improvement is remarkable, with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range and a maximum gain of +2,6 Nm and +3.2 hp at 8750 rpm, together with an outstanding weight reduction of over 45%, which means 2,1 kgs lighter.

The visual impact of this exhaust is outstanding: everything has been developed, tested, approved and manufactured to allow the installation of original side cases. The Rally Raid silencer is 100% Made in Italy by SC-Project and it comes with an aluminium riveted plate with SC-Project logo besides the elegant laser-engraved Moto Morini logo.

The kit includes a specific carbon fibre heatshield as well as the Euro5+ homologation certificate.
