KTM’s 990 RC-R is the perfect example of the Supersport category: lightweight, powerful and sharp. Our SC1-R muffler is designed to perfectly match and improve its characteristics while adding SC-Project sound, quality and technology to the whole package.

Thanks to the ultralight titanium silencer’s body, this product provides a sensible weight reduction of 40% (-1,2 kg if compared to OEM exhaust), while upgrading the performance of the engine by a maximum of 1,9 hp and 1,7 Nm of torque at 8800 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

The development of this exhaust follows SC-Project’s unmistakable signature: the sound. The voice of the twin cylinder engine is enhanced with deep and aggressive tones, while remaining fully compliant with Euro 5+ regulations.

The kit includes a premium carbon fibre heatshield. Extremely light, it’s  exclusively designed for this incredible bike, matching its aggressive and sharp lines and providing an astonishing look.

Every detail of this silencer reflects SC-Project’s extreme quality and performance, with a strong focus on premium materials and advanced production processes such as the handcrafted TIG weldings on the ultralight titanium link pipe, the hydroformed asymmetrical outlet, and the distinctive sporty carbon fibre end cap.

To improve even more the aesthetics of the KTM, the silencer’s body is enriched with the elegant SC-Project laser etched logo.
