KLE500 (2026)

The Rally Raid muffler is engineered and designed to transfer all SC-Project off-road racing pedigree on Kawasaki’s KLE 500, making it the best choice to tackle the roughest terrains.

It allows an incredible weight reduction of over 50% (-2,1 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of 1,2 hp at 8000 rpm and 1,1 Nm of torque at 5000 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

The development of this exhaust has been completed with SC-Project typical signature: the sound. The voice of the twin cylinder will be emphasised with deep and aggressive tones in full compliance with Euro 5+ regulation.

The Rally Raid silencer’s body is manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive round exit (60 mm diameter) which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during extremely tough off-road races and long adventure trips in the most severe conditions, both on road and especially off road. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment): top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

An exclusive aluminium riveted plate with 3D-embossed SC-Project logo completes the silencer body, identical to those used in our Racing Department components.

The kit also includes:

• a carbon fibre heat shield to provide a premium look to the bike.
• two different brackets to allow different mounting: for high-mount position or low-mount position (required for OEM side cases).
