Z500 (2024 - 2026)

The CR-T slip-on exhaust is one of the most iconic systems ever created by SC-Project. Born directly from the experience in MotoGP and Moto2 World Championships its pure racing-derived design amplifies performance, sound and visual impact, perfectly matching the characteristics of the Kawasaki Z500.

Manufactured of ultralight titanium, this silencer ensures an astonishing weight reduction of 80% compared to the OEM exhaust, contributing to improved vehicle dynamics. Performance gains are remarkable, with up to +1,2 hp at 5200 rpm and +1,2 Nm of torque at 5200 rpm, along with a consistent enhancement in power and torque delivery across the low and mid-range.

The CR-T stands out as a benchmark in the segment, with the unmistakable acoustic signature that defines SC-Project. Through the outlet of the CR-T, the voice of Akashi’s twin cylinder is improved with 99 dB at 4500 rpm.

Each unit is finished to the highest standards, featuring handcrafted TIG welds performed in a controlled environment and a honeycomb grid at the generously sized exhaust outlet - highlighting the product’s technical refinement and racing pedigree.

To further enhance the aesthetics of the Z500, the muffler body is completed with a laser-etched SC-Project logo, perfectly integrated with the bike’s lines.

The kit includes a carbon fibre heat shield to provide an ever more unique and aggressive appearance.
