TUONO 660 (2025)

Thanks to the long term technical partnership with Aprilia Racing, SC-Project developed this full exhaust system featuring the original and iconic CR-T carbon fibre silencer, dedicated to the Aprilia Tuono 660 M.Y. 2025.

Everything has been manufactured to offer an incredible performance improvement together with a great upgrade of the agility of the Tuono 660, thanks to an outstanding weight reduction of over -60% (if compared to the OEM exhaust system) and a power boost of 2,9 hp at 8000 rpm and 2,6 Nm at 8000 rpm. The variable size titanium headers are specifically calibrated to improve torque and power delivery, especially in the low and mid RPM range.

From the huge round outlet of the iconic CR-T, the voice of the Aprilia twin cylinder will be simply unforgettable, with 115 dB at 5250 rpm of true racing sound.

The high quality carbon fibre silencer’s body is enriched by a precious aluminium riveted plate with SC-Project logo, the same used for the exhausts made by SC-Project Reparto Corse.

The installation of the kit is completely plug and play and it’s completely reversible. ECU remapping is not required. 

This product does not meet European regulations for road use. Not suitable with passenger footpegs.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the Tuono 660 ECU will generate an error that can cause different issues while riding. This crucial device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system.
