Description

Clearly inspired by dusty deserts, the Rally Raid muffler is the result of SC-Project experience during the most extreme off-road competitions. The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real benchmark for the multi-purpose bikes like Moto Morini X-Cape, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.

The Rally Raid silencer is manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during very long distance trips in the most different conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal  bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance. 

For the Moto Morini X-Cape, the Rally Raid muffler comes in a very aggressive configuration with high-mount position and gets an outstanding maximum gain of 1,5 hp and 1,5 Nm of torque @7200rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superb sound experience, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.

The mounting of the Rally Raid silencer is 100% plug and play: the kit includes a carbon fiber heat cover.

This product is suitable with the installation of the original side cases.
