I received a product but it is not what I ordered...
Write to our Customer Service through the contact form in the "Contacts" section on the Official website SC-Project https://www.sc-project.com , within 5 working days of receipt of the product indicating name, surname, company name, order number ADVANCED GROUP SRL, product code (Part Number or P/N), serial number (Serial Number or S/N), product name and brief description of the reason why you ask for replacement. The replacement of products will be approximately 10 working days, subject to availability.

I received a dented parcel (or several parcels)...
Upon receipt of the package, accept the goods by signing the transport documents with reservation (specifying the reason -Es. With reservation for dented package on the right side...); you can carefully check the products contained and assemble them.
If you find a problem with the product, we recommend that you report the problem within 3 working days of receipt of the product by writing to our Customer Service through the contact form in the "Contact Us" section on the official website SC-Project https://www.sc-project.com indicating name, surname, company name and order number ADVANCED GROUP SRL, name of the courier who delivered the goods and possibly the name of the driver, and sending a complaint to the branch of the courier in the area.

We advise you to refuse the delivery and to report within 3 working days the incident by contacting our Customer Service through the contact form in the "Contact" section on the Official website SC-Project https://www.sc-project.com , indicating name, surname, company name, order number ADVANCED GROUP SRL, name of the courier who delivered the goods and possibly the name of the driver.

ADVANCED GROUP SRL will forward the product change request to the warehouse where the products have been ordered. Please note that the change of products is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of ADVANCED GROUP SRL

In case of a favorable response from the warehouse, ADVANCED GROUP SRL, will communicate the procedure to be followed to make the return and will agree with you the method for the change of the product, it being understood that all costs to perform this operation are borne by you. The change of products is approximately 10 working days, subject to product availability, and is at the discretion of ADVANCED GROUP SRL, which reserves the right to assess each request trying, as far as possible, to meet your needs.
