The contents of the site (texts, graphics, images and animations) are protected by copyright; it is therefore forbidden, inter alia, to reproduce the images and publish them in any form without the prior written consent of Advanced Group SRL .

For each purchase of goods through the site the following GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE apply.

Art. 1 - DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Site" is the www.sc-project.com website, including the shop section, dedicated to the sale of SC PROJECT branded products, produced and sold by Advanced Group SRL , owner of the registered trademark SC PROJECT EXHAUST TECHNOLOGY .
1.2 "Customer" is the subject (natural or legal person) who makes the purchase on the Website, accepting the general conditions of sale.
1.3. " Advanced Group " is Advanced Group SRL , with registered office in Vanzago (MI), Via della Corte Bruciata, n. 21 and operational headquarters in Cassinetta di Lugagnano (MI), Viale Lombardia n. 12 P. VAT n. 05553060962.
1.4. "Order" is the request form for goods for sale, completed by the Customer through the Website.
1.5. "Products" are the goods offered for sale on the Website, according to the general terms and conditions of sale.
1.6. "Customized Products" are the goods characterized on request and specific indication of the Customer.
1.7. "Price" is the consideration for the sale of goods only (+ VAT if due and except where indicated "VAT included").
1.8. "Contract" is the distance contract that has as object the sale of products, according to the general conditions of sale.
1.9. "Parties" are Advanced Group SRL and the Customer.

Art. 2 - TECHNICAL MODALITIES OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. The products are offered for sale according to the terms and conditions set forth in the contract published on the site at the time of ordering and in accordance with the procedures indicated.
2.2. In order to proceed with a purchase, the Customer must follow the path indicated below.

Each product is distinguished by a code and its description; next to the product is also indicated its availability. By pressing the "Details" button, the Customer can get more information about the product. For each product its cost is expressly indicated, under the heading "price"; the amount indicated is understood as "VAT included" if and as indicated. Once the desired product has been identified, the Customer must click on "Buy": in this way the product will be loaded into the Cart and the Customer can view the order summary screen. In this screen the customer can choose the "shipping methods" and "payment methods". Indicate the relative choices, the customer can (as in each step) choose whether to "Continue Shopping", where you want to buy additional products and add them to your "Shopping Cart", or proceed to the final stages towards the purchase of what summarized, pressing the "Proceed with the order" button. Proceeding with the order, the client will have before him a scheme that he will have to fill in with his own data. 2.4. The contract is concluded and binding for the parties when Advanced Group receives the amount related to the order confirmed.
2.5. The order will be filed by Advanced Group SRL . and subsequently processed. The customer is required to keep a copy.
2.6. The creation and supply of any customized products, through the site, is subject to a specific request from the customer, to be formulated by writing to contact@sc-project.com and following the indications that will be provided. Advance payment is required for the purchase of these products and the right to withdraw from the purchase contract is excluded.
2.7. In addition to Italian, the contract can be concluded in one of the following languages: English.

Art. 3 - DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

3.1. The delivery of products at the shipping address indicated by the customer in the order is made by express courier. For all shipments, Advanced Group relies on selected shippers: each shipment is covered by insurance against theft or damage.
3.2. Indicative delivery times for products: 24-48 hours for Italy, 48-72 hours for Italy, islands and Europe, 3 or more working days for non-European countries, after 24 hours from the date of taking load of the product by the courier. The times are indicative and not strictly binding for Advanced Group .
We remind you that the destination address of the goods must correspond to the one declared at the time of payment and can not be changed after the completion of the order.
3.3. For any information regarding the delivery of products, please contact Customer Service.
3.4. In case of unavailability of one or more products, after the confirmation of the order, Advanced Group will inform the customer by e-mail, except to proceed with the shipment of the remaining products ordered by the Customer. In this case the contract will remain valid only for the products actually shipped and the customer can not refuse the partial delivery or payment of the goods actually delivered, nor will he have the right to get compensation or compensation, but only to receive the return of the price corresponding to the product or to unavailable products, where already paid.
3.5. Any celebrated and / or sold limited edition products can not be purchased with cash on delivery and / or for more than 5 (five) pieces for each customer. Any orders placed in the system outside these limits may be canceled by Advanced Group at any time.

Art. 4 - REGISTRATION

4.1. To make the purchase of the products it is not necessary to make a prior registration. When placing the order, the Customer data will be used by Advanced Group SRL for the sole purpose of the order and delivery of the products purchased. The Customer therefore undertakes to communicate correct, truthful and complete data regarding: personal details, personal contact details, other useful information for the order.

Art. 5 - PRICE, PAYMENT AND INVOICE

5.1. The prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include the Value Added Tax (I.V.A) in force for the respective product categories to which they belong, unless otherwise stated.
5.2. The total price resulting from the order is inclusive of shipping costs, but not of any customs duties and / or additional taxes on the sale, necessary for the importation of goods in foreign territory. Any additional charges for customs clearance operations will be exclusively at the expense of the consignee of the shipment.
5.3. The payment of the price can be done alternatively in the following ways:

In case of purchase on COD, clearly highlighted when choosing the payment method. It is possible to pay in cash only the orders whose amount is less than € 1,000.00 (one thousand / 00), giving the courier the exact sum.

b. Advance Bank Transfer
In the case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the sending of the order will take place only upon the actual crediting to the c / c of Advanced Group SRL , which must take place within 30 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is considered automatically canceled. The purpose of the bank transfer must include the identification of the order that is issued in the order confirmation e-mail. c. Credit Card
In case of purchase of goods with payment methods Credit Card, simultaneously with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will authorize the amount relating to the purchase made. The credit cards accepted are all those that rely on the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Diners circuits.
In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in the case of non-acceptance of Advanced Group SRL , the same context will require the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the amount involved. The cancellation of the order is possible until the moment in which it is not yet in preparation. The status of the order can only be ascertained by calling the Advanced Group SRL customer service.
The timing of release, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach their natural expiry date (24th day from the authorization date). Requested the cancellation of the transaction, under no circumstances Advanced Group SRL can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system.
Advanced Group SRL reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information (eg landline or mobile phone number) or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the required documentation, Advanced Group SRL reserves the right not to accept the order.
At no time during the purchase process Advanced Group SRL is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, as they are entered directly on the website of the bank that manages the transaction (with very high security systems); since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that these data are intercepted. No computer archive of Advanced Group SRL contains or retains such data. Under no circumstances can Advanced Group SRL be held liable for any fraudulent or unauthorized use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment of products purchased on shop.sc-project.com.
Please note that in case of an American Express credit card purchase, order processing may be delayed due to specific anti-fraud checks on this circuit. In addition, we remind you that the destination address of the goods must correspond to the one declared at the time of the release of the goods card itself: if not, contact the American Express call center at 06-72280371 to authorize shipping to a different address.

d. PayPal
In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the end of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page. The amount related to the order is charged by PayPal at the time of the order. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in case of non-acceptance of Advanced Group S.R.L., the amount will be refunded to the customer via PayPal service. The cancellation of the order is possible until the moment in which it is not yet in preparation. The status of the order can only be ascertained by calling the Advanced Group SRL Customer Service. Requested the cancellation of the transaction, under no circumstances Advanced Group SRL can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase procedure Advanced Group SRL is able to know the financial information of the customer. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that these data are intercepted. No computer archive of Advanced Group SRL contains or retains such data. For every transaction made through PayPal the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal.

5.4. The billing request must be made at the same time as the order.
Billing requests made after the final acceptance of the order will not be accepted.

Art. 6 - FORCE MAJEURE

6.1. In the event that, following the payment of the amounts referred to in the order, the contract can not be executed, even partially, due to unavailability of the goods or other force majeure not dependent on the customer, Advanced Group will notify the Customer by e-mail within 30 (thirty) days; in this case, Advanced Group will be released from any of its obligations, except for the reimbursement of any sums already paid by the Customer.

Art. 7 - COPYRIGHTS AND BRANDS

7.1. The contract does not confer on the customer any right on trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs of various kinds on the site, nor on the relative contents.

Art. 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1. In compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the customer who covers the quality of consumer and, therefore, the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to the professional activity, has the right to terminate the purchase contract, without providing any reasons and without having to incur additional costs , except those related to the same refund as indicated below, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from delivery, or from the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the latter acquires physical possession of the goods purchased. The conditions and procedure for exercising this right will be specified in the following paragraphs. The guarantees provided by the Consumer Code are not recognized when the transaction, even if concluded at a distance, sees the consumer buy with a VAT number, as in this case it is a professional customer and not a final consumer.
8.2. The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must contact the Customer Service of Advanced Group SRL and communicate their decision indicating the product (s) for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. In any case, the Customer has the faculty to communicate by ordinary mail, registered mail or any other form of communication, his / her wish to avail himself / herself of the right of withdrawal, within the terms established by law. The Customer Service of Advanced Group SRL will take charge of the request and will open a file. Upon receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, Advanced Group SRL will send the Customer an email confirming receipt with the return form attached (RMA form), provided with authorization number, which must be attached outside the package relating to the product to be returned. To complete the practice of withdrawal, the Customer can access his personal area and complete the procedure to request the collection of goods through the courier of Advanced Group SRL . In any case, the Customer has the right to entrust the goods to another courier of his choice, with the exception of Poste Italiane. In both cases, the shipping costs for returning the goods to Advanced Group SRL will be charged to the customer. Once the above procedure has been completed, the Customer must send the goods, carefully packed in the original packaging of the manufacturer, outside of which the RMA form must be affixed, via the indicated Courier, to the following address:

8.3. The shipment of the goods to be returned must take place no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer has communicated to Advanced Group SRL the decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. Advanced Group , in compliance with the provisions of art. 56 of the D. lgs. n. 21/2014, once verified compliance with the legal conditions and indicated therein, will reimburse the customer the cost of the product within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, subject to the right to withhold the refund until the date of return of the product at their warehouses. Advanced Group SRL is not required to reimburse additional costs if the customer has chosen a type of delivery different from the type of delivery less expensive offer ("base" shipping). The refund will be made in the same manner used by the Customer for the purchase or, if specifically requested, by bank transfer, cancellation of the credit card or PayPal refund.

8.4. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following unavoidable conditions:
to. the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal only and exclusively with regard to the entire product; it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on a part of the product purchased;
b. Once the product is assembled and used, it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal;
c. The purchased product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all the accessories and its documentation;
d. The product must be returned in perfect condition, products that show signs of damage, wear or dirt will not be accepted;

The returned product must be accompanied by the invoice indicating the serial number, otherwise, if the serial number is different, the withdrawal will not be accepted and the product will be made available again to the Customer, without any financial reimbursement by < b> Advanced Group SRL towards him;
f. The direct cost of returning the goods is charged to the customer.
g. In the event that the Customer decides to send back the goods through a courier of his choice, the shipment for the return of the product is under the responsibility of the Customer, until the moment in which Advanced Group SRL confirms to have received the product. In the event that the product is damaged during the return to the warehouses, Advanced Group SRL will notify the Customer of the incident to allow him to file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the asset, if this is insured; therefore, Advanced Group S.R.L. will put the product available to the customer, canceling the withdrawal.

8.5. The right of withdrawal expires if the customer does not return the goods to Advanced Group SRL within 14 days from the date on which he / she communicated the withdrawal. The term is considered respected if the customer sends the goods before the expiry of 14 days. The right of withdrawal also expires in the event of a substantial defect of the returned product (lack of internal packaging and / or documentation and / or original packaging of the manufacturer, absence of elements and accessories of the product, damage, unsuitable return status) and in general in case of non-compliance with the indicated obligations. In all cases of forfeiture from the right of withdrawal, Advanced Group SRL will return the goods to the customer who will not be entitled to any refund.
8.6. The right of withdrawal is only available to natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to business, commercial, craft or professional activity that may occur (consumers). Therefore, retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
8.7. The right of withdrawal is also excluded, pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, in the case of supply of personalized goods or that have been opened / manipulated / used after delivery. No refunds or replacements are made on customized products at the express request of the customer.
For any discounted products, no refunds are made but substitutions are possible or a request for a value voucher corresponding to the amount paid, to be used later.

Art. 9 - CUSTOMER RIGHTS IN CASE OF DIFFERENCE OF PRODUCTS.

9.1. In the event that the Customer-Consumer recognizes a lack of conformity of the product, he has the right to request repair or replacement without expenses, where possible and not excessively burdensome and if these are not possible or would be excessively burdensome, may request a fair price reduction or contract termination. The termination of the contract is also excluded in case of minor conformity defects.
9.2. Following the complaint Advanced Group SRL will provide for a reasonable time to collect the product from the customer and, after verification of the existence of discrepancy, the replacement of the same or, subject to the conditions, partial or full repayment of the price; however, Advanced Group is entitled to propose alternative remedies available; in the event that the Customer accepts one of the proposed remedies, Advanced Group will perform the specifically proposed remedial service.

Art. 10 - RENUNCIATION TO PURCHASE

Please note that the customer is entitled to reject the goods at the time of delivery; however, please note that, upon issuance of the reimbursement credit note, in case of prepayment (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer in advance), the shipping costs will be canceled to the delivery address and return to the the sender will therefore be reimbursed the only amount of the product net of transport costs round trip.

Art. 11 - PRIVACY

Art. 12 - COMMUNICATIONS

12.1. All communications between the parties must be made in writing and sent to the address of the other indicated party, for Advanced Group , in the present contract conditions or as and where indicated by Customer Service and, for the Customer, in order from the same person sent.
12.2. The communications transmitted to the e-mail address of the other party, as identified above, are also validly sent in writing.

Art. 13 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

13.1. The parties, stipulating the contract pursuant to the previous art. 2, agree that the same is governed exclusively by Italian law and subject only to Italian jurisdiction; the application to it of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
13.2. For any dispute concerning the validity, execution or interpretation of the contract and its effects will be competent:
a) the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, if the Customer is a consumer and is resident or domiciled in Italy;
b) exclusively the Court of Milan, in any other case.
